of Buccleuch's Bowhill estate. The forested countryside is perfect
for both walkers and mountain bikers, whilst fishermen need only
stroll down our drive to cast their lines for trout or salmon in
the Yarrow Water, a major tributary of the Tweed. With over 20 challenging
golf courses only a short drive away and museums and mill shops

As many of the original proportions of the rooms have been maintained there is a feeling of great space and light throughout the apartment.
From the bay window in the sitting room an array of wildlife can be observed. Pheasants, rabbits, partridge and early morning roe deer are all frequent visitors to our garden. |

Outside the paved terrace can be used all year round whether for summer dining or watching a spectacular winter sunset dip behind the hills.
